Rail Inspection
(Track Irregularity, Rail Wearing)
The cross-sectional profile of the rail is obtained in real time by applying perspective transform and camera model to the 2D image acquired by high-speed camera and line laser. The wear of the inside of the rail is measured from the acquired ale profile, and the track irregularity (Guage, CANT, Leveling, Lining, Twist) is calculated by combining it with the inertial navigation system. It can be mounted on portable and high-speed trains over 300km/h.
Development of the filter for restoration of track line-shape using track irregularity data
A reconstruction filter was developed that can restore the line-shape of track using the track irregularity data measured by the 10 m chord length method and the inertial method. The inverse function from the transfer function of the 10 m chord length method and the inertial method is calculated, and based on this, did design the respective recovery filters for the 10 m chord length method and the inertia method supplemented with the frequency characteristics of each method. And The track line-shape was restored by the track irregularity data measured by each method.
Integrated platform for social safety net based on functional distributed CCTV

Foot Scanner
The 3D foot scanner system is optimized for human body type, and is a system for treatment and body shape correction insoles, and custom functional footwear production. Using a camera and line laser, the body shape below the knee and the shape of the foot and sole are precisely measured, and insoles and shoes are manufactured with acquired 3D shape data.
