Air conditioner QC 

By analyzing the sound signal of the air conditioner fan, the assembly condition of the fan is inspected in real time on the assembly line, and assembly defects such as alignment errors or unbalance conditions are found. In order to accurately find the sound signal of the fan, three microphones are installed to collect the sound signal. to collect  acoustic signals,  an acoustic filter with sound insulation and sound absorption functions is installed on the front of the microphone in order to suppress and effectively remove a pure external noise and a  noise generated by reflection or diffraction.

  In particular, since external noise is reflected or diffracted by a wall or objects, the frequency characteristic is deformed, and the noise coming into the microphone is different from the acoustic signal directly collected by the microphone. so an acoustic filter that can remove it is manufactured and applied. More precise QC is possible by combining the analyzed acoustic signal and information on the shaking of the air conditioner collected by multi-functional sensor combined with the laser scanner or vibration sensor.

Vehicle Road Scanner

Asphalt or concrete roads have problems with the road surface such as cracks or breaks, and damage to the road surface by the penetration of moisture into the road surface. In particular, when moisture penetrates the surface layer and penetrates the lower structure, structural defects occur, resulting in road damage.  To perform road surface diagnosis and monitoring according to the temperature distribution of the road surface using a thermal imaging camera, a dedicated analysis software including color temperature correction and filtering techniques, and statistical analysis techniques for utilization of measured road surface temperature data was produced. In addition, an image processing algorithm and dedicated software were produced using a laser scanner of an optical triangular measurement method that can obtain location-based data and high-resolution images.

A road surface scanner using multi-functional sensor based on a laser scanner and camera is mounted on a general vehicle to perform both surface and internal inspections on the driving road at the same time, thereby will prevent safety accidents due to sinkhole or portholes.

Borehole Viewer

The Borehole Viewer is a camera-based viewer system for surveying rock layers or strata and geology in the ground during civil engineering, and includes a special function that can measure the curvature of the surface by applying a laser scanner along with a conventional camera.The front image and the side image did aquire, and simultaneously the change in depth of the wall surface with a resolution of within 0.05mm can be measured by image processing based on optical triangulation technology. From this, the shape change based on time series of the section of the borehole can be measured.
